Shipping Policy
At Good Stories, we’re committed to delivering your favourite snacks fresh, safe, and on time! Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship your orders.
1. Delivery Timeframe
• All orders are fulfilled via trusted third-party logistics providers (3PL).
• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time of confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location and courier network coverage.
• During festive periods, sale events, or unforeseen disruptions, delivery may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated proactively.
2. Shipping Charges
• Prepaid Orders:
✓ Free shipping on orders above ₹499
✓ Orders below 499 will incur a nominal shipping fee
3. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver across most pin codes in India. However, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable due to our 3PL partner’s network limitations. If your pin code is unserviceable, you’ll be notified, and a full refund will be credited within 7 business days.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email. This will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time through the delivery partner’s platform.
5. Non-Delivery & Returns to Origin
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, your package may be returned to us. Re-shipping may require additional payment. Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate at the time of order.
6. Third-Party Logistics and Data Sharing
To ensure smooth delivery, your name, contact number, and address are shared with our logistics partners. While we only partner with reputed 3PL providers, we do not control how they store or use your information. We recommend you also review their respective privacy policies.
7. Force Majeure
Holistic Delights Private Limited / Good Stories will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, riots, pandemics, floods, or courier disruptions.
8. Issues with Delivery

For any damaged products received, please include clear photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping invoice while contacting us
