Returns and Replacements Policy

At Good Stories, we care deeply about your experience. While we do not accept returns on food products, we’re happy to offer refunds or replacements if there’s an issue with your order.

Purchases made from the online store www.goodstories.co.in cannot be returned.

We offer a full replacement or refund in case of:

  • Please place a request for return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement will be delivered in 4-6 business days post approval.
  • Once return is accepted the refund will be credited in 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, or if any item is missing from your order, please email us at care@goodstories.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly attach a clear photo of the received product, highlighting the damaged or incorrect item.

Once our customer support team authorizes your return or replacement request, we would be happy to process your refund or replacement request.
